You don't want to miss the annual belly flop contest at the Black and Silver swim meet! The swim and dive team have a packed Saturday morning: swim meet, Jolyn trunk show! Parents, we have a social afterwards.

Don't forget that Saturday is our Black and Silver intrasquad swim meet! It is always a fun way to start the season. Swimmers, shop at the Jolyn trunk show. Parents, RSVP for the social afterwards on the calendar. If you have extra pens or clipboards, please bring them!

Congratulations to the returning and new members of the 2017-2018 VHS Swimming and Diving team!

VHS Swim team tryouts will occur on Friday, July 21st, at the Bella Mar lap pool. Tryouts begin at 8am so arrive by 7:45am.

Physicals must be turned in to the VHS trainers before tryouts. Stop by VHS to drop off swimmer physicals.
